Swansboro Project

We recently completed a project on a multi-million dollar home in Swansboro. The entire downstairs was covered in a 20 year old textured concrete overlay. Because the renovations downstairs placed walls over the concrete overlay, removing this wasn’t feasible. Our team opted to “encapsulate” the floor with a moisture barrier primer, applied so heavily it would get rid of the texture and allow us to install a beautiful Brindle flake floor.
